From I-75
Take the Fletcher Avenue Exit going west to Florida Avenue.
Turn right on Florida Avenue and go 1 mile north.  Publix is on the right.
Make an immediate left turn after Publix, before the split in the road.
Turn right into the parking Lot – do not go to Avila Gatehouse.  Sierra Properties’ Office is the 3-story Mediterranean-style building on the right.

From I-275
Take Exit 53 Bearss Avenue and go west to Florida Avenue.
Turn right on Florida Avenue and go 1 mile north.  Publix is on the right.
Make an immediate left turn after Publix, before the split in the road.
Turn right into the parking Lot – do not go to Avila Gatehouse.  Sierra Properties’ Office is the 3-story Mediterranean-style building on the right.

From US-41 to the North
Go south on US-41 through Lutz.  Stay to the right at Y-intersection on Florida Avenue.  (If you go past Publix, you have gone too far.)  Make an immediate right turn into the parking lot – do not go to Avila Gatehouse.  Sierra Properties’ Office is the 3-story Mediterranean-style building on the right.

From US-41 to the South
Go north on US-41 to Bearss Avenue and turn left.
Turn right on Florida Avenue and go 1 mile north.  Publix is on the right.
Make an immediate left turn after Publix, before the split in the road.
Turn right into the parking Lot – do not go to Avila Gatehouse.  Sierra Properties’ Office is the 3-story Mediterranean-style building on the right.

From Tampa International Airport
Take the Veterans North to Ehrlich.  Go east on Ehrlich, which turns into Bearss Avenue.
Continue on Bearss Avenue; turn left on Florida Avenue, and go 1 mile north.  (Publix is on the right.) 
Make an immediate left turn after Publix, before the split in the road.
Turn right into the parking Lot – do not go to Avila Gatehouse.  Sierra Properties’ Office is the 3-story Mediterranean-style building on the right.
